Creating a schema

Create a Schema

Go to the aCheck Home page

Click the Add Schema button. The Add Schema for is shown

Enter a name for your new schema. 'Covid-19 test report' for example

Enter an Original Data Supplier for your new Schema. This is a label for identify where the Schema data will originate. 'SuperMed Pharmaceutical Ltd.' for example.

Click the Add button.

Congratulations! You've created a Schema.

Schemata cannot be used until an expiry policy has been defined.

Any Schema that does not have an expiry policy has an ℹ️ symbol

Define an expiry policy

Go to the aCheck Home page

Click a Schema to display the Schema configuration page.

Click the Change button next to the Expiry policy label. The Set expiry policy form is displayed

Choose either a Date-based policy or a Duration-based policy.

Date-based policy

A date-based policy means all QR codes will expire on a certain date.

Pick any time in the future using the date picker

Duration-based policy

A Duration-based policy means QR codes will expire a certain amount of time after they are created.

Pick a duration from the dropdown. Durations are: 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks and 52 weeks.
